Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at NOOPS, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by identifying and acquiring new clients. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting our digital transformation solutions, and closing deals. This role offers a commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to earn uncapped income based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory or industry.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Initiate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate NOOPS digital transformation services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Familiarity with digital transformation services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
