This role offers a commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to earn uncapped income based on your performance.
- Identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory or industry.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Initiate and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Present and demonstrate NOOPS digital transformation services and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to succeed.
- Familiarity with digital transformation services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
