Privacy Policy

This page explains what NOOPS collects on this site, why we collect it, who receives it, and how to ask about your data. It covers the contact form, call booking through Cal.com, the AI diagnosis, and measurement through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Who we are

NOOPS runs this website. We integrate AI into existing operations, automate repetitive work, and build custom software. This policy applies to noops.ma, including the contact page and the AI diagnosis.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use diagnosis answers, contact messages, or booking details for advertising.

Contact form

The form on the contact page collects the details you type so we can reply.

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Company name, if you add one
  • The kind of help you are looking for, if you choose one
  • The message you write

We send that message by email to the NOOPS team through Resend, an email delivery service. The reply address is the email you typed. We use it to answer you and to prepare for a conversation. Submitting the form does not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list.

Booking a call

The contact page books a discovery call through Cal.com. To create the booking we send Cal.com the details below.

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your time zone
  • The language of the page, English or Portuguese
  • Notes, if you add them
  • Guest email addresses, if you add them

Before a booking is confirmed, Cal.com may email a short code to check that the address is yours. You type that code into our page, and we pass it to Cal.com. It is used only for that check.

Choosing a time sends your time zone to Cal.com so the calendar can show open slots. That lookup does not include your name or email.

Cal.com stores the booking, sends the calendar invitation, and handles changes under its own rules. Read Cal.com's privacy policy. We use the booking to hold the call and to understand the topic you described.

AI diagnosis

The diagnosis asks how work happens today in sales, marketing, execution, customer care, and accounting. You can answer for the whole company or for one area. To open the result, the form collects the following.

  • Your name
  • Company name
  • WhatsApp number, with the country code
  • Email address
  • The answers you chose
  • Business segment, employee range, and monthly revenue range, if you choose to add them

Submitting the form means you accept that we will email you the diagnosis report. After you submit, four things happen.

  • We email you a private link to the result, through Resend. The message includes a short score and the link.
  • We email the NOOPS team the same contact details, the scope of the diagnosis, and the written result, so we can follow up. The WhatsApp number is for that follow-up. The site does not send an automatic WhatsApp message.
  • To write the result, we send the company name, your name, the area, and the questions and answers you chose to OpenRouter, which generates the text. We do not send your email, WhatsApp number, employee range, revenue range, or a percentage score to that service.
  • We store the written result on our server, under a hash of the result link, so opening the link again does not generate it a second time. The file holds the company name and the written text. It is not a public page.

OpenRouter's use of a request is described in OpenRouter's privacy policy.

The result link contains your name and the answers you chose. It does not contain your email, WhatsApp number, or company name. Anyone who has the link can open the result. Do not forward it if those answers should stay private.

While you are still answering, the browser keeps the draft and the form fields on that device, in session storage. We do not receive them until you submit. Closing the browser tab clears that storage.

Cookies, Tag Manager, and Analytics

We set a cookie of our own named NOOPS_LOCALE. It stores whether you are reading the site in English or Portuguese, for up to one year, so the next visit opens in the same language. The site needs this cookie to remember the language. It is not used to measure visits, and it is not used for advertising.

On a first visit, before that cookie exists, the site may read a country hint supplied by the host, or the language sent by the browser, only to choose English or Portuguese. Visitors in Brazil are shown Portuguese. We do not save that country in a database of our own.

A notice at the bottom left of the screen asks whether we may measure how the site is used. Accept stores a cookie named NOOPS_CONSENT with the value accepted, for six months, and then loads the measurement tools. Decline stores the same cookie with the value declined, also for six months, and the measurement tools do not load. The notice stays hidden while that cookie is present. Deleting NOOPS_CONSENT makes the notice appear again, which is how you change the choice.

Google Tag Manager, container GTM-W3DSRG8, loads only after you accept, and only when the browser can run JavaScript. Through Tag Manager we use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used: which pages are viewed, roughly where a visit came from, and general information about the device and browser. Google may set its own cookies, including cookies whose names start with _ga, and may process the IP address of the connection. We do not send diagnosis answers, contact-form messages, or booking details to Google Analytics. If you decline, this site does not load Tag Manager or Google Analytics, and it does not ask Google to set those cookies.

How Google handles that data is described in Google's privacy policy and in Google's explanation of Analytics data.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.

Who receives data

We share personal data only with the services that do a specific job for this site.

Those providers process the data to provide that service. We do not authorize them to market to you on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and the people who use it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

  • Contact-form messages stay in our email while we are working with you, and for a reasonable time after that conversation ends. We delete them when we no longer need them.
  • Call bookings are kept by Cal.com under that service's own settings.
  • The written diagnosis stays on our server so the result link continues to open, until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it for the conversation it started.
  • The result link keeps working while we use the same signing key.
  • The language cookie lasts up to one year.
  • The measurement-choice cookie, NOOPS_CONSENT, lasts six months.
  • If you accept measurement, Google sets the lifetime of Analytics cookies. Those lifetimes are commonly up to two years.
  • The diagnosis draft in the browser lasts until the tab session ends.

Where the data is processed

Resend, Cal.com, OpenRouter, and Google may process data in the United States and in other countries. When a law such as the GDPR or the LGPD requires a safeguard for that transfer, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, including standard contractual clauses where they apply.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to do the following.

  • Confirm whether we hold data about you, and give you a copy
  • Correct it
  • Delete it
  • Limit how we use it, or object to a use
  • Provide a portable copy of data you gave us
  • Stop a use that was based on your consent
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context advertising

If the GDPR applies, you can also complain to a data protection authority. If the LGPD applies, you can complain to the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD). If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know, correct, and delete personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using those rights.

Write through the contact page. Say that the message is about privacy, and include the email or WhatsApp number you used so we can find the record. We may ask you to confirm that the request is yours. We answer within the time required by the law that applies to you.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has submitted a form, write through the contact page and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Diagnosis result links are signed, and the written diagnosis is not published as a public page. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. The version on this page is the current one.

How to reach us

Privacy questions go through the contact page. There is no separate privacy inbox published on this site.
